At Through the Woods Well-Being Service CIC, we want you to know that you are not alone. We are here for you, ready to listen, support, and walk alongside you on your path to healing.


In addition to addressing general mental health issues, our team has experience and a special interest in supporting individuals dealing with chronic pain. We recognise that physical discomfort can have a profound impact on mental health and offer a range of strategies and techniques to help you manage chronic pain and improve your overall well-being.

Louise Hall

Louise Hall

As a trained counsellor, I will help you navigate the challenges of life, including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, grief and relationship issues. I believe in creating a personal connection built on trust without judgment. Together, we will explore what’s keeping you stuck and work towards understanding yourself better.

Have you suffered a loss or recently had a significant change that is overwhelming? Through counselling, you can gain clarity and find your own direction. My integrated therapy approach is designed to meet your unique needs, empowering you to improve your confidence and self-esteem. I’m passionate about guiding you on your journey to overcome obstacles and achieve a healthier mindset. Together, we can create meaningful change in your life.

Lisa Davies

I am a trained person-centred counsellor with a special interest in chronic pain management. Many clients I have helped have faced many presenting issues such as abuse, emotional struggles and loss. Sometimes traumatic life experiences can leave you stuck in the past and you feel like you are going around in circles. I understand beginning a counselling journey can be daunting.

My aim is to facilitate your healing process by building a therapeutic relationship. This is a safe space where you can be yourself without judgment and I will support you throughout your journey.
