In addition to caring for your mental health, our team genuinely understands the challenges that come with living with chronic pain and illness as well as loved ones and carers that are affected. We recognise how the physical discomfort can take a huge toll on your wellbeing and we’re here to support you with compassion and understanding. Together, we can explore caring and gently strategies to support your emotional well-being. We can help you find comfort, strength, a sense of peace and hope.

Louise Hall

As a compassionate and qualified counsellor, I am here to support you through life’s difficult moments. Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, grief or relationship struggles. I believe in building a genuine connection rooted from trust and understanding, in a place where you feel safe to be yourself without fear or judgement. Together, we will gently explore what might be keeping you stuck and work towards a deeper understanding of yourself to find clarity and your own path forward.

My approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs, with the goal of helping you build confidence and self-esteem. I am genuinely passionate about walking alongside you as you move toward a hopeful mindset with a sense of peace and empowerment.

I am a trained person-centred counsellor with a special interest in chronic pain management. Many clients I have helped have faced many presenting issues such as abuse, emotional struggles and loss. Sometimes traumatic life experiences can leave you stuck in the past and you feel like you are going around in circles. I understand beginning a counselling journey can be daunting.

My aim is to facilitate your healing process by building a therapeutic relationship. This is a safe space where you can be yourself without judgment and I will support you throughout your journey.
